repair — Toyota Curren, 2.0 liter, 1996

During the inspection revealed that the right half of the headlight rests on honesty. I took it off, brought it home with a soldering iron with brackets, went through the connection, and for reliability applied 1.5 layers of fiberglass on top. I also didn’t like the appearance of the wipers — they had some faded plastic masks on them (supposedly so that the wipers worked well at speed) and rust in several places. The plastics were removed, the rust was sanded, treated with orthophosphoric acid and painted from a spray can. I like it.
