Tinted headlights and turn signals, as well as xenon - where are we without it - Toyota Avensis, 1.8 liter, 2006
I’m driving here from work, I think all sorts of garbage, and an idea comes to my mind — why wouldn’t I tint the rear lights, I already have experience, I did it on a Ford. I stop by the Autopartner, take a can of headlight polish, a special napkin for wiping the surface before painting and go to the garage. After 20 minutes, the headlights are ready for painting. After applying the first layer of varnish, I went outside to get some food. I stand smoking, I look at Avik, I see that the side turn signals look very out of place here, white are white. I'm taking them to the garage right now. 3 min and ready. After applying 5 layers of varnish on the headlights, left them to dry overnight. The next morning, before work stopped by and put the headlights in place. Everything is very simple.
I am often asked the question of how to clean the varnish afterwards, remove it there, pass the technical inspection.
ANSWER: there is a special wash of the same company as the varnish, in a spray can too. You pour it on the headlight and slowly wipe the headlight. Everything is very easy to remove. I sold the Ford, there was not even a hint of varnish on the taillights. So do what you like. Varnish costs 230 rubles, wash - 150 rubles. NOTHING)))
And I put xen on the weekend, up and down, 5000 K.
Issue price: 2 302 340 ₽ Mileage: 118.000 kmPaint it, it's ok. There is a wash of the same company as the varnish. Washes off very easily.
By the way, I also want to tighten the rear lights! That's just a film and not a varnish, since the varnish will be very problematic to remove =(
You can just smear the headlights with drying oil, I did this on my old 2107, the effect is the same!
