After that, I might have decided to shell out about 60 bucks (if not more), if there was no money in my wallet. Then, after reading the passport for Corolla, where it is clearly written to use a proprietary antifreeze, which is diluted with water 50/50, the resulting mixture can withstand up to -37 degrees Celsius! I think the factory is doing this, and why should I write this in the passport ?! (as they called it, filter filter) they decided that the filter from Kemri would work, but it did not fit! As it turned out later, the filter fits from Daihatsu! They put it on, everything is fine, by the way Castrol Magnatek 5W-30 was poured in oil, I don't know if it's good or bad, we'll gain experience over time :) but although I've already met negative opinions of friends about Castrol ... although I don't understand. As far as I can remember Toyota at the rally, there was always the inscription Castrol on the body in big letters. they seem to have close cooperation. And so on little things. checked all nuts, washers, etc.
For his part, the anticorrosive person believed. flooded well, nothing fell off :-)
There was also the opinion that I was in vain going to THAT, that you can do everything yourself! I wonder how I would change the filter if I have it under the engine, and besides, it is also necessary to remove the engine protection! So while I am a "teapot" I will go to the MOT, and then it will be seen ...
