There is nothing special to mount there, I had a small long board with 6 SMD diodes, or rather 8 identical boards (4 doors, 4 legs). I took off the door trim, ran the wires inside ... and glued these boards to the bottom edge of the skin with double-sided tape, and next I made a hole for the wire - that's all)
