Finally lifted the butt!))) — Toyota Corolla, 1.3 liter, 1999
Tired of cling ass on the roads, I decided to increase the clearance on the rear axle.
On Saturday, I bought rubber spacers on the market for springs from the front suspension of the "classics", a pair of compression buffers from eight-nine-tens.
He took off the rack, disassembled it, put a spacer between the upper support and the spring and assembled it back.
Additionally, between the body and the support, I cut out a gasket from a 5-6 mm conveyor belt (standard threaded bolts are suitable).
Installed everything back. As a result, the back of the car rose by 2-3 cm. I'll go and see if I have enough, if I change the springs and put the spacer higher.
I had an idea to put tires higher, 185/70 R14 for example. But for now, 175/65 14 seems to be enough anyway)))
I saw one prior in Ufa, so there were such large disks on it that the clearance was larger than that of Ravchik standing behind it, this is me as an option to make it even higher) otherwise it turned out well, it’s not even noticeable)
