The case turned up :) In an urgent sale for half the price, I bought an Alpine cde 9880r. Walked for a couple of months. Although from the old Alpine collection, it is still better than the standard sound at times :)

After installation, I thought about the transition frame

As you can see, you won’t get off with one frame there :) You also need a pocket ... But this is not enough, everything would be too early to leave a space that would have to be closed up ... I decided to personally make a frame ...
I took as a basis a panel from a standard Toyota head

I glued it completely with adhesive tape ... A foam matrix ... I took an empty box, poured foam into it, put it on top and pressed a standard socket.

A few hours later, he pulled out a socket from the dried foam, and it turned out such a matrix:

there were a lot of stocks, there was still a large recess in the center.

Then I took fiberglass, carefully laid it along all the roundness and filled it with polyester ... but I forgot that it was necessary to put a film under the fabric ... so I screwed it up ...

Having experience, quickly and efficiently made 2 matrix

It turned out here is such a frame, already a little putty ...

I immediately wanted to try it on :)

You can see a lot of kotsaks, which are being finalized now, even when trying on, I noticed that I would have to lengthen the frame from above
