Today I decided to take up the heater, because. The stove heats up barely and takes a long time to heat up. The first thing I checked out of curiosity was the heater tap drive. As you know, the drive from the passenger compartment does not go directly, but through a cable that moves by a servomotor. Most of the Karin has a dead drive, so the temperature of the air entering the cabin is regulated from under the hood by direct action on the tap. So, I checked the motor - it works, but you need to smear it - it sticks a little. I tried to move the cable - dead. Looks like sour.
In general, now things are going on with the stove: air enters, the coolant pipes are hot, the stove tap is open, the air blows warm, but far from hot. You probably need to flush the radiator. I'll do this a little later, until the frosts hit.
