Recently, there was a desire to know the most accurate fuel consumption of my horse.
The onboard computer either shamelessly lied or somehow calculated the flow in a peculiar way.
I decided that perhaps the most correct approach would be according to "grandfather's" recipes.
Filled the tank under the cork and rushed to the region, because. there are no autobahns in our dwarf country, the longest section of the road without settlements, as a rule, does not exceed 15 km, we can say that this experiment showed data not of a pure "autobahn" mode, but more like a "mixed" one.
so it was covered 420 km. At the gas station after this run, I again filled the bang under the cork, the result was 21 liters.
the average speed along the highway was 120 (from 100 to 140), in settlements about 70 (50-80).
The result was 5 liters per 100 km. At the same time, the computer stubbornly proved that the flow rate was 6.6
A similar method was used to check the consumption in purely urban conditions.
20 liters were added to the tank for 340 km, when driving only in the city, the
total consumption was about 6 liters. And the computer convinces me that 7.4.
I just don’t know who to believe, one of these days I’m planning a very long trip, and if I don’t forget, then I’ll update the indicator again and take measurements.
It is very interesting to find out from other king breeders, and what kind of expense they had.

In the standard driving mode, I have never experienced problems with a lack of ability (the driving style is calm), when overtaking, if on a flat road and there is no need to jump ahead sharply, then I go without downshifting (as I stuck 6 on it and overtake), but if necessary sharp acceleration for overtaking (or overtaking on a hill), then you have to switch from 6 to 5 or even 4 and turn the engine up to 4000 -4500 (at such speeds, nega has a peak of torque and power).
I keep the speed around the city in the region of 1600-1800, it is quite enough in gears from 1 to 5, in the 6th in the region of 2200-2500, on the highway from 2500 to 3500. I always accelerate smoothly and smoothly slow down with clutch depressing.
Similarly, as a rule, I pour there, it’s convenient for me on the way home, but the column - which one will be free :-)

However, I honestly warn that it is really impossible to withstand such an expense when driving in dense streams and during rush hours in the city center. If you drive a la taxi drivers and move on to more aggressive driving, then the actual consumption will be from 7.4 and up, depending on the degree of audacity :-). I usually go to work and from work and a little during the day around the city, not in a hurry and not "bullying". That is, the ride is close to ideal - simulated on stands and test tracks.
