If the handbrake cables are normal and their fastenings, then you do not need to climb under the car.
And so, it is regulated from the cabin. You remove the decorative upholstery that is near the handbrake and, if I'm not mistaken, turn the nut with a 10 head.
You can try without removing the plastic ... with a 10 head and an extension cord through the slot.
That's how I regulated.
