How I spent this weekend…) — logbook Toyota Camry 1994
Rebuilt the face. Those. exposed gaps. Front left fender, bumper, hood headlight left. Well, the door. It was a chore for a long time, I dismantled it ten times all Saturday, and assembled it eleven times. Exposed like gaps).
Resurrection. I listened to punks in the morning, took a sip of coffee, and took an electric jigsaw and cut out the "extra" metal inside the door. Edges + metal for a wobbly speaker. Then I rustled the outer tin with VM vibration materials (super, thanks to Victor, aka schuma-her).
Then I laid everything inside with polyethylene, took the remains of some kind of clothes (four woolen), pieces of cardboard + molar tape + office clamps. He pulled the fabric, depicting the deepest niches.
I smeared it with polyester, then added pieces of thick fiberglass.
Further, my hint, invented long ago! We take the foam, fold the pillow, and wrap it in a plastic bag.
We put it into the niche to get a full clamp on the fabric coated with polyester, and most importantly, pull it into the niche, and to the side, as we need. Previously, the technology was tested for a gorodby WY for MF.
I'm going to pull it out with difficulty, I've already tried it this morning, I overdid it a little with pulling into the depth;), I want the maximum volume for an 8" midbass
So, the construction of the WL in the front doors has begun.
Shl, the pictures will be if I get a fotik, tk. your broken one.
October 6,
Finished the outer walls of the box. Blinded casts inside the removed skins. Polyester + thick fiberglass. The minimum thickness to keep the weight reasonable.
Stiffening ribs - aluminum corners, glued on flatness.
Under the din kruglyash plywood. When stitching the walls, i.e. front and rear I will cut and paste plywood ribs. Both for rigidity and for docking boxes.
