When buying a car, it was immediately clear that it was necessary to clean the injector + throttle. I wanted to do this in a car service immediately. But as you can see from Episode #1 with the throttle, I had to rush in order to look at the condition of the idle valve.
And today, on Thursday, I finish work and with a colleague at work he is also a friend and comrade-in-arms - Alexander:) we are going to disassemble. To my surprise, all the bolts (well, except for one there) unscrewed quite easily.
In principle, having removed the damper, we were not surprised by what we saw — DIRT! Having bought 2 large cylinders for cleaning the carburetor in advance, they began to clean everything. After cleaning, they saw that the damper itself had already developed, but Sanya said that I could safely ride until next summer. The idle valve was not very dirty either, but they also removed it and cleaned it well. Then 15 minutes tore off tons :) of the past sealant.
Cleaning completed. We smear with a thin layer of fresh sealant. We collect everything in place, connect the idle speed sensor - I start ...
Everything is working. The ignition just got a little smoother. Idling is fine, it works. The car does not stall — What was required to achieve. Along the way, they discovered that the accelerator cable was not tightened, but simply hung on the baited nuts. Pulled up.
Bottom line: 400 rubles for a carburetor cleaner + 3 x 1.5 drinks for the soul)))))
