first drift — logbook Toyota Altezza 1998

Hello everyone! Based on the title, you can already guess what I'm going to write about.
I decided to participate in the first controlled skid competition in Armenia…
For now, I would like to say about the organization:
Many thanks to the STR club for holding this event, in particular to Tigran, Karen, Shagen, Seryoga and all the others who actively helped them!
Now about the main thing, I’ll say right away that I didn’t speak very well ... it’s even bad ... I went nuts myself. It's not that I haven't drifted before, no... it just kind of happened that way. This is the first serious drift on this machine and on a decent platform. But the first pancake can be considered training. And the effect of the second victory is much more powerful than the first! The exercises are pretty standard:
circle, chicane, wide hairpin, around the cone and eight.
Once again I want to say that everything is organized at a decent level and we need to move on. And now a photo!
PS thinking that I'm shit, in the evening of the next day on the site, which cannot be mentioned, I talked closer with my lyalechka in a controlled skid, and you know, quite productively! Now I can say with confidence DRIFT (or DRIFT) — I CAN!
