The same screw — logbook Toyota Mark II 1995

In the haul to St. Petersburg, a heater malfunction came up - in the position of the temperature regulator that is different from the minimum - it fries like hell, in the minimum temperature position - you freeze.

During hard acceleration and hard braking — the temperature changed periodically.

The problem was solved upon arrival in St. Petersburg - the reason was "THAT SAME COG" (C) tourerv.ru :)

Solving this problem is far from a trivial procedure. The screw holds the control lever on the axis of the damper that mixes hot and cold air. The screw is small, too small. That's why it breaks. And to get to it, you need to ... remove the torpedo :(.

Using the key to "10", a Phillips screwdriver and "some kind of mother" — this procedure was carried out.

6 hours of time, a couple of megabytes of mobile Internet, scratched hands to the elbow, "help from a friend" - and now, finally, it is a sense of accomplishment. Everything works like it came from the factory.

Photos, unfortunately, did not. Apparently, in vain.
