Well, there was free time and I gave it to my typewriter. The first thing that came to mind — it is necessary to do foglights. On the track I caught a stone in one and had to change it. There were Depo headlights, I replaced the broken one with a Chinese counterpart, but the effect did not suit me. The reflectors are slightly different: the Depo headlight gives a clear line, and the Chinese counterpart gives a shapeless spot + cannot be adjusted. There is only one solution, to carry out an operation to transplant glass from a Chinese foglight to Depo. and since I had to disassemble the headlights, then for one it was decided to make them in tune with the front optics.
Necessary materials and tools:
1. Building hair dryer;
2.Wide and thin screwdriver;
3. Solvent or Wyspirite;
4. Balon of black paint;
5. A tube of sealant.
The first step was to disassemble the headlights with a hair dryer and a screwdriver. How to do this has already been agreed many times on the pages of Drive2.
The next step was to paint the silver plastic inserts. Before painting, they must be degreased. Let the paint dry.
Next, we collect everything back and glue the glass in place with the help of sealant.
I am very pleased with the result, the machine began to look more aggressive and predatory.
