Box, belt, clutch and what happened to it - Toyota Celica, 2.0 liter, 1992

In the main text, I wrote that it is extremely difficult to switch gears in the gearbox and at the same time there is a crunch.
After consulting with those in the know, I realized that the end of the second transfer had come.
Began to look for someone who could sort out the checkpoint. Found only ToySport. Let's just say the price tag is horse - 25-33 thousand parts (formulation: well, once we open it, we need to do a preventive bulkhead), 20 thousand work.
Foolishly pre-ordered parts. At the end of July. Still no.
At this time, my clutch began to slip. I naively thought that ceramic clutch lasts a long time. Grape chose ClutchMasters, it was in stock.

Bought a new flywheel. Lightweight did not take, because. I allegedly had a standard one and it is 3 times cheaper than a lightweight one.
I weighed it: it turned out 7.4 kg. (then I weighed the lightened one - 5.2 kg, what is called, feel the difference).

Also at the same time, a checkpoint appeared on the profile forum. 15 rubles, but in Vladik. I paid, I'm waiting.
Arrived 11 days after payment.
The "message" looked like this:

invoice weight - 89kg.
was distracted by the well-coordinated work of the ZhDE employees:

At the checkpoint, I bought synthetic oil 530 rubles / liter, as it should be according to instructions 75-90 GL-5. Got 6.5 liters.

insides, the clutch turned out to be a 3-blade, lightweight flywheel.

After replacing the gearbox, the sensations are ambiguous: -
shifting without a crunch, but the force on the lever has increased to critical for me (I start to pump my left hand), I drive the reverse gear with both hands, it doesn’t always work out the first time.
- how much the clutch was not pumped - it seizes almost immediately, i.e., the working stroke is 2-4 cm (!).
Another joke - they stuffed the old checkpoint into the trunk and drove with it for 3 days, because. I could not get it on my own, and my father was not in the city. In general, nothing so comfortable.

there was a Kevlar clutch option - but 5-6 thousand more expensive and on order

Why do you need ceramics in the city?
PS I have a colleague on a chord for a week in the trunk of the second engine drove ...

Updated read the specs question removed. it seems to me that 400 newtons finished off the old box :)

The old box, except for the second gear, is normal.
In the departure of the 2nd, the short-stroke wings are most likely to blame.
It is impossible to switch as quickly as possible from 1st to 2nd with it.
Apparently, the previous owners often didn’t stick the 2nd one to the end and the gears were cut off.
In ToySport, Roman claimed that the box from the 185th calmly holds 400hp.

just with ch5 with fast switching, there are problems with synchronizers. ch4 is better for them and ch5 is better for hypoid transfer gear

maybe it lay somewhere for a long time, it wasn’t developed,
maybe because of the oil - it filled in GL-5, as per the instructions,
earlier, apparently it was filled with GL-4, it’s easier to pull the lever with it, but the synchronizers wear out faster.

Why is it even more difficult to get into gear?
