Cost per hundred. — Toyota Carina E, 1.6 liter, 1994
The other day I decided to measure the consumption per 100 km. I drove to the Castrol gas station, which is on the VAZ ring road, and filled in a full tank. Reset the odometer to zero. I drove all 100 km as usual, I didn’t press the trigger much. This morning I drove to another gas station, also filled the tank to the brim and the difference was 10.120l. I note that the lyubd-probe sensor does not work properly. In the original, it costs 34000KZT=7000RR, I tried to install less cheap analogues, but at the same time, the Check engine light on the instrument panel immediately lit up. To take a love-probe sensor in the original, the toad presses, so I go with a faulty one. I think that with the correct operation of this sensor, the consumption would be even less, maybe around 8 liters per 100 km! Good luck to everyone on the road!
