Tell me, please, what is the problem! — Toyota Mark II, 2.0 liter, 1987
The car was completely shaken up and changed the entire hodovka.
Before the collapse of the steering wheel was at 11 o'clock.
I drove about 5-7 km, the steering wheel again went to the side, but for 1 hour.
Arrived at the same station, again made the collapse.
And so 4 times.
True, after 4 times the passage was 3 weeks.
Now the steering wheel has gone to the side again for almost 10 hours.
The car is "floating". All the time leads or throws to the side.
After the collapse of the wheel are perfectly straight, but gradually begin to "go in different directions." Sometimes there is some sort of knocking, as if a pebble fell under the cap and rattles while driving.
I didn’t find a new rail, so they repaired my own.
Tips are new. They thought they were open - everything is in order.
The only thing left to check is the steering spoke.
What will I do tomorrow.
What else could be the problem?
Thanks in advance!
I'm telling you... it's my father's car - it's up to him to decide. I ride it either when it needs repairs or while I'm looking for a new one.
the Japanese are very insidious, I don’t like them, they are not maintainable - started to die - you can’t revive
you need to start with disks and rubber, this is definitely the problem, new disks and tires, then collapse

so no slats)))
I would change! I'll write in more detail tomorrow ... Ok? So far, I can only reproduce such things under dictation)))))
from now on in more detail ... where exactly? and in general, if it has already climbed into the rail like that, it definitely needs to be changed ...
I don’t even think what it could be… the steering rack… but you say they repaired it…
YES, the most interesting thing is that the steering wheel leaves the straight position all the time)))
