My friend, who is engaged in hauling salons, calls me and informs me that a window has appeared in the queue - urgently take your salon. It didn't take long to convince me. He rented the salon and took it to the master and decided to make a noise, why disassemble the car twice.
Disassembly
Disassemble not assemble - 4 hours and nothing left inside. The Japanese have no problems with disassembly, the simple principle is fewer bolts - more piston, in short, the car figured out perfectly, not a broken piston or part. The main thing is to put everything in its place and sign (refers to bolts), so that after 4-5 days you don’t forget what comes from.
Training
The most painful process. Since I will make noise with spraying, all wiring, threaded holes, glass, etc. must be glued. It took a pack of masking tape and five covering bags.
Noise isolation
1- To enhance the effect, I partially rolled a vibro (bimast standard) in the legs of the driver and passenger, rear arches and even small squares in the doors and on the roofs.
2- I applied 6 layers of Noxudol 3100 to the whole thing (completely salon). The longest process, each layer must be completely dried.
3- On top of the already dried Noxudol 3100 glued another layer of splenitis. Since the soundproofing layer was already impressive, the splenitis took the thinnest (2 mm).
4- The partitions in the doors were rolled with vibroplast (m1), of course, all the technical holes were sealed.
5- All plastic on the inside was glued with bitoplast (anti-creak).
Assembly
This is where the problems started, as they say, he did not regret Shumkov, the overall layer turned out to be solid and in order to assemble the interior back and fit all the seams at the joints, I had to spend a lot of time.
Outcome
The effect has not yet been tested, I'm waiting for the seats to be brought. I will describe later.
