The panel was dismantled, breaking one latch. "Censorship"! Thank God it didn't affect anything. The panel got back up well, nothing rattles and staggers. It turned out that little has changed in 5 years of Toyota production. The bulbs turned out to be the same as in my previous car (ED), this is a regular bulb with a green rubber cap stretched over it. In places where the status of the position of the climate dampers and the clock are displayed, there are two light bulbs slightly larger.
In short, he took off the light bulbs and rushed through the markets and shops. I've been all over the place but haven't found anything suitable. Initially, I wanted to change the light bulbs to LEDs, but here's the ambush, the LEDs, as everyone knows, hit pointwise and it turns out that the button is only half lit, and pornography is generally obtained on the watch. As a result, it was decided to buy similar light bulbs to standard ones and simply put them without these green caps. I put everything in, stuck the panel in a regular place, checked whether all the functions work, turn on the dimensions ... Censorship, censorship, censorship. The panel lights up bright orange, not even a little bit like white or at least yellow.
After a couple of days, I got used to the fact that the panel looked more like a garland (orange panel, green mayfun, blue lights in the legs, green-blue tidy). Although all my friends and acquaintances tell me that they really like the changes, such as the interior has turned from a gloomy dark to a festive one, and even some said that they immediately feel uplifted.
Okay, sort of got used to it, but still something is wrong. ) ) ) Useful to change the bulb on the gear lever. I took everything apart, but I have such a thin handle, like the Japanese, and they can’t reach the stupid light bulb. As a result, he took tweezers, removed this green cap from the light bulb, which is popularly called differently, and put everything back together. The backlight has acquired the same orange hue as the panel.
Let's go further! Decided to change the light bulb and tidy. I completely disassembled the tidy, but I couldn’t remove the cardboard with the numbers itself, and as I already understood there was nothing good to do there, because. The box itself is blue-green in color. But I will definitely think about how I can do something exclusive with it. Ideas are already there.
Then I thought to disassemble the mayfun. Since he is a native Corolla, it may turn out that the light bulbs are there in time with the panel. I took off the panel again, the panel from the mayfun, dismantled ... Caesura, censorship. There are plate LEDs (this is what I call them, because I don’t know their exact name. In short, LEDs are not in the form of a light bulb). Gathered everything back and decided to change the tape recorder. I consulted with my brother and heard a proposal to fix the JVC Exad, which was still in the ED.
JVX EXAD is an excellent tape recorder with a lot of settings and an awesome design. The sound quality I could only compare with Alpine. In short, I'm crazy about him. I rushed to the workshop to take him. When he turned it on, the panel lit up and immediately went out. A week later they called and said that the panel had died and the replacement cost 4 rubles. Censorship, censorship, censorship...
Naturally, I refused such a repair, because. the cost of this mayfun now is no more than 10,000, although 4 years ago it was bought for 16,000.
Oh, and figs with him. I went and bought myself a SoundMax SM-CMD3005. for the amount that was available nothing good can be bought. I could buy myself some simple Pioneer or Alpine, but I wanted to do just that.
I know that this tape recorder has many functions, but it is of poor quality, so I do not hope for it much. Anyway, over time, you will need to buy something more serious. Here are the specs of the radio:

Censorship, caesura, where is the fire extinguisher, censorship, censorship. . . It turned out that it was this damned domestic antenna that caught fire, which in a minute was mercilessly trampled under foot.
Of course, I was very scared. And thank God that the wiring, which was already under the panel, did not catch fire.
I had to disassemble everything again, check it and at the same time they let it go directly +, because native Japanese was well, very weak. Well, in short, with a sin in half, everything was set up and installed.
The tape recorder makes me very happy. It has almost everything: outputs for anything, a TV, DVD, a USB flash drive slot, a stylish design that really seems to say: “Look, not me, I'm Chinese!â€. ) ) ) Well, okay, I'm still happy.

About 6 bulbs there are small with green caps and 2 more on the screen itself (which shows the temperature). I advise you to find the original ones, if you don’t want to fool around, because. hard to find the right size. Diodes will not fit, it will shine unevenly. Post the results, very interesting!

As far as I remember, first you remove the ears (the panel at the mafon), there you just pry it from the side with a flat screwdriver, first on one side, then on the other.
You pull out the ashtray, and gently pull the panel with the climate towards you.
