Production of podiums. Part 4. Final))) — Toyota Carina, 2.0 liter, 1996

Here is the last part!

I came in handy:
- Plywood, jigsaw, drill;
- Self-tapping screws, screwdriver;
- Scissors, plastic bottles, knife;
— Materials for soundproofing.

Having cut blanks from plywood, we drill holes and fix them with self-tapping screws.

I don’t have a lot of pictures because I was in a hurry to finish, and during the constriction it was not at all up to them!

So do not judge strictly)

Until I fully understand, it is necessary to put an amp. But purely theoretically, in a closed box, it should be better, and does not play under the skin)

Yes, I didn’t seem to plan it, although you can just stop by to make a measurement for yourself)

It turned out great, what is there! Honored *****! Do you plan to compete in AZ?

Thank you for the comment, but it doesn’t seem to interfere with the legs (with a height of 184 cm), only one nuance of the glove compartment does not fully open when the door is closed.

Kleva, you're cool! Kudos for the hard work, great work. Tell me, is there less legroom? :)

On the side of the door, just above the lock, you press with a screwdriver and pull out the clip, remove the trim - which you hold on to when you close the door, unscrew 2 screws, where you open the door, also unscrew the screw, remove the triangle, 1 more screw from below it, pry the trim with a screwdriver where the glass lifter is pulled out you disconnect the wires. From the bottom, you slowly begin to tear off the trim with your hands, when the bottom has moved away, gently lift it up so as not to damage the velvet groove, turn it 90 degrees so that the door opening handle passes - you can still remove the rods from the handle and remove it like that, It seems that everything in detail, , good luck, if, what ask )

Tell me how to properly remove the clips from the skin and what exactly you need to unscrew, the first time I just come across)

Did the visors fully fulfill their role?
I’m suffering like this, but the water will get into the pipe. My din is lower and shifted to the edge of the door, I don’t know what to think of.
