Collective farm, a delicate matter ... - Toyota Corolla Fielder, 1.5 liter, 2005
This is the part that broke...
and this one fell off =)))
Buying a new panel somehow didn’t excite me, so I had to collective farm ...
To begin with, I removed the panel and began to think what to do with it
thought and thought and thought! you need to call the uncle, he then suggested what to do =) Take the wire, pin it and melt it into the broken "pipka"!))) This design has been working for him for half a year. Well said I and set to work.
I took a thin wire
cut off a little bit (1-1.5 cm.)
then, for convenience, I put the “pipka†on super glue, then clamped the wire into pliers, heated it with a lighter, and began to melt through the “pipka†and the plastic behind it (because the wire is thin and made of some kind of aluminum alloy, it cooled down wildly quickly , so it was not possible to melt 3-5mm of plastic the first time)
I cut off the excess wire on sandpaper and got something like this
put it all back together and it worked!
And finally, the panel assembly video ... =)
PS if something is not clear, I can explain =))
Oh, I almost forgot, while I was digging in the garage, my mother decided to change the light bulb in the chandelier ... the result is in the photo =))))
I got out of the situation normally ... now I will know what to do in such situations ...
The attempt is not torture, especially since the cost of the panel for disassembly is 2-3 tr. about the new one, I generally keep quiet))
Thank you, this miracle has been holding for 4 months already, there are no hints of a second breakdown) apparently it's time to go patent the technology)
There was a current problem, I did the same, apparently, I spied on you, I remember that I was here when I was looking for ATP.
