We went on Saturday to Nizhny. If you climb uphill on a cruise, the Prius roars the engine just mercilessly.
The owner of the VAZ-21010, sitting nearby, checked out, of course, the dynamics of 78 horses, but admitted that his “ten†with a “sneaker on the floor†does not roar so much.

According to my observations, most of the noise comes from the gearbox, because the electric motor instantly picks up the maximum 10000 rpm and the planetarium at this moment starts to hum, compensating for the difference in the speed of the internal combustion engine (max. 5500 rpm) and the electric motor.
