Furnace pump. — Toyota Aristo, 3.0 liter, 1994
As folk wisdom says: “They haven’t yet released such a car to which you can’t screw something from a Zhiguliâ€, well, or, as in my case, from a gazelle)) In general, last winter I decided to improve my stove due to the fact that it warms up for a long time, and it starts to cool down at idle, but with our frosts (-42 it’s easy)) it’s not very cool) The Japanese probably just didn’t think that it was so cold somewhere) It was decided to put an additional Gazelle electric pump in the stove circuit. It was bought, the pump itself (1000) rubles, a couple of meters of hose for 16, (200 rubles), and a starter Zhiguli relay (xs how much I found in the locker)) The pump was installed (in the yard at 35 degrees below zero, by the way)) Connected to battery through the Zhigovsky relay, the toggle switch in the cabin is removed from the ignition. By the way, I want to note the very robust performance of the Gazelle pump, when I bought it, I decided to test it, put it in a bucket of water and connected it to the battery charger. Literally in 2 seconds, half of the water from the bucket was on my head))))) In general, I put the pump on, turned it on and went nuts, hot air blows into the stove, even the sole of the melter, and at any speed, even standing, even at speed) ) And now the stove began to blow warm literally a minute after starting in the morning) In short, to everyone who lacks a stove, I strongly recommend it)))))
Here she is, covered with annual dust)
Well, at the request of AlexandrFir , I added a connection diagram (as I did)
Oh, what an interesting upgrade you are)
As a teapot, do I really take a picture of everything in more detail and explain it?
I want to get confused too))
Well, Please))
ChameleonD
I have it embedded after the tap and in front of the stove radiator, that is, it sort of pushes the liquid into the stove, there is another option to put it after the radiator so that it pumps out the liquid from it, I tried both, in my opinion the first option is more effective and any air jams instantly squeezes out)
And how much pressure does Arista have?
ChameleonD
Yes )) The relay is needed so as not to load the circuits of the machine, but to connect directly from the battery directly, any competent electrician will explain to you)) Well, I can draw a diagram if you want
I took a Gazelle pump with access to the 16th hose.
Hose clamps ...
I rested on the choice of a button, the new Japanese ones are expensive, but the Soviet ones are not willing.
Relay preobretu one of these days!
Yes )) The relay is needed so as not to load the circuits of the machine, but to connect directly from the battery directly, any competent electrician will explain to you)) Well, I can draw a diagram if you want
What is a relay for?
Everyone tells me that nafig inappropriately.
Are they stupid?

Interesting. Where exactly does it crash, do I want it too?
Although it seems to be not cold with the car, it heats up for a long time. In theory, the engine should also heat up less, since the liquid circulates faster and removes heat.
Good decision. It will be necessary to stir up such an abgreyt. Also at idle until you give the gas cold or warm from the stove rushing.
Well, yes, in the passenger compartment, so that the cabin is efficiently heated
No) Here is what is in the photo, this is after a year of use, there is not a single drip)
Russian antifreeze or antifreeze is the best in our conditions. For example, Japanese at minus twenty-five just freezes)))) And these pumps are also different in quality and price, I took the most expensive and high-quality, as it seemed to me)) Well, if it leaks, then it will take Bosch from BMW)))
dy xs) ours all whine they say it’s flowing, but about such a sample I have only good reviews
, I have antifreeze Felix blue
He was beaten to death, but we cleaned him in the service ((((zero sense ((((what is the big difference where to put the pump in front of the stove or after I put zero sense after that ?!
Hey! I have a pump after the faucet, if you put it up - that is, there is a chance to push the faucet and it will start to flow ((Is there photos in this BZ?) There is no second faucet in Aristy, it is one) heater radiator (
Greetings friend! I have a baking problem! I put the same pump on the outlet pipe, it’s of little use! ((((Can you take a picture of your pump right now in front of the tap or after the tap? Thank you very much in advance!
Bugagagaga dude) Did you see the recording date? She is almost 4 years old) And for those three years while I was driving with this pump, for some reason it didn’t flow and pumped fucking))) Then I sold the car and it was smashed) The pump remained intact))))) So sometimes it’s better think before writing something
Fu Fu Fu. it will run out in a few thousand. better Bosch with a magnetic clutch. I'm on the 15th when I froze. how can you see www.lada-forum.ru/index.php?showtopic=54129&hl= here
a couple of thousand figuratively. let's end this discussion and everyone will have their own opinion. In the end, it's up to whoever gets to decide.
Chuvaaaak) Everyone who put it, that’s something no one was leaking) And this is already excuses, about a successful copy))) In fact, let's figure it out) You said that it would flow in a couple of thousand, but in fact it went more than 50 and not flowed) Now think about which of the two of us looks stupid? Moreover, if you carefully read the BZ and not just looked at the pictures, you would see an inscription under the photo of the pump with the following content: "Here it is, covered with annual dust)" China (which, by the way, also flows and breaks very cool) at a triple price - that’s up to you) But it’s not worth assuring that the Gazelle will definitely flow in a couple of thousand)
Gazelle pumps rule. (and they don’t drown in water and don’t burn in fire) you got a successful copy, and now what? I work part-time in a car service and there are more than a dozen of these pumps ... but I wrote this so that in another 3 years someone would want to install a pump, look at it and read it and he would already have 2 options. the miser pays three times. I think someone will agree with me. QUOTE: So sometimes it's better to think before you write something) Dude!
