Fly swatter removal — logbook Toyota Corolla 2005

in general, when I bought it, I thought it was necessary to remove it! and then disfigures the body of the car!

I understand sometimes on a long journey this is a necessary thing ... but I don’t like it ... associations with some kind of ala raven glass on fives and nines ... in general, how it was! muzzle removal!

It has been standing since 2005 … they put it in the Toyota salesroom … so they put it competently and correctly! with lining! so the hood is not scratched at all!

so pictures:

Appearance before removing the muzzle!

It is attached to the hood from the outside with two plastic clips!

From the inside, the clip is not attached to the hood in any way ... that's why it is a clip)))

In the central part, the muzzle is fastened with 4 screws from the inside of the hood!

We start by unscrewing them! By the way, very high-quality plastic ... obviously not a pallet ... it seems that it really is from Australia

Carefully remove the clips from the hood! and we see that under them the caring servicemen pasted a thick adhesive tape, not adhesive tape, but a transparent gasket!

EVERYTHING can now be removed and put aside this black miracle!

Here is such a transparent payer!

Let's unstick it! sticks very well! Doesn't strip off paint, doesn't leave marks!

And here is the result! This is what the car looks like without the muzzle! My personal opinion is that it is better and more natural!)))
