yes, the headlights on all cars are on sealant, honestly? disassemble and collect them sooo gemorno, you need to spend at least 8 hours on it.
they are disassembled with a fairly strong heating of the sealant seam, the sealant heats up and the glass peels off, it is very easy to paint, but it is still no less difficult to assemble, it is necessary, if possible, to scrape out all the old sealant and lay a new one.

It is unlikely that it will work out, it is terribly difficult to get rid of chrome, there are of course means that chemically affect chrome, but they cost money, it is better to try to find a master who blinds such an overlay from plastic
