Black headlights - Toyota Camry 24L 2006

the idea of black Headlights was prompted to me by Uv.Xima xima and no less Uv. Jdr jdr

mine is pretty interesting ...

at the time when I did them, there was not even a talk about similar ones, how annoying it was when, after a couple of months, essentially the same ones appear on E-Bay ...

when I did, there weren't even a trace of ready-made for sale, everything just took apart the headlight, painted it inside, collected a head start., now there are a lot of such headlights on sale, but they all have 1 drawback - the headlights are NOT original, and accordingly the curves: (( ((

yes, the headlights on all cars are on sealant, honestly? disassemble and collect them sooo gemorno, you need to spend at least 8 hours on it.

they are disassembled with a fairly strong heating of the sealant seam, the sealant heats up and the glass peels off, it is very easy to paint, but it is still no less difficult to assemble, it is necessary, if possible, to scrape out all the old sealant and lay a new one.

Super! No words! I was looking for similar 2.5 months, on my own, but on and - bae they are, then they are not, while I clicked they were already buying) And tell me, how did you disassemble the headlight? Very interesting, if not very problematic, then I'll take a chance! I was told in many services that it was not real, in the Japs they were planted on sealant!

It is unlikely that it will work out, it is terribly difficult to get rid of chrome, there are of course means that chemically affect chrome, but they cost money, it is better to try to find a master who blinds such an overlay from plastic

Yeah, to put it mildly hemorrhoids))) Thank you, but I’m unlikely to decide on this. There is an idea to buy chrome pads for the headlights, sand the chrome and paint them in matt black, how do you like it ?! Certainly not like yours, but at least something! And yours is just super.
