Oil / filter / thermostat - logbook Toyota Windom 1999

  Toyota Windom 25 1999

For the entire period of owning this car, I change the engine oil and filters (oily and air) for the third time, and not because I feel sorry for the money, but because I don’t drive much, on average I burn 1 tank of gasoline per month (500-550 km.). I always filled in Castrol oil, and I took the filter when the original, and when Sakura. So this time, Castrol Magnatec 10w-40 oil was bought for 2000 tenge. Sakura filters came out for 2000 tenge too. )
It was also necessary to replace the thermostat. I ordered from the technical adviser of our club - Kotovsky. At its price with delivery about 5 days, 2000 tenge came out with kopecks.
They changed everything from their brother s-max-d to the service station, it took about an hour in time.

I think he is the same. At our Toyota auto center, only Castrol is poured by the way.

I don’t know what castrol is supplied to you, but pouring it with us is dangerous for the motor ...

Well, what was recommended to me, then I fill it in, and to get together Windomods pour the same thing.

Vadim Emina

here the key phrase is "by pull"

I noticed it, but 500 tenge / liter ... It’s the sellers who are very tough on us, when they sell without blat, it turns out)

Pots of 500 tenge / liter would not have caused me confidence

Yes, Castrol has gone bad, I used to ride it too! Well, it's time to change the gaskets under the valve covers, serious varnish deposits appeared there, and when the car came from Yapi, they weren't there, I checked! So now in thought what to pour!

The tank at the windhouse is 70 liters ... if you drive 550 km on a tank, then this is a consumption of 12.7 liters per 100 km. Something a bit too much. I have 14-18 liters of consumption with a greater kill of the car ... and the volume is 4 liters, instead of your 2.5 =) Is everything ok
with candles and wires?

12.7 is quite adequate consumption.
