again he ... throttle =) - Toyota Corolla, 1.8 liter, 2004
in general, after cleaning the throttle, I encountered such a problem as increased speed, although not much somewhere up to 1100-1200, but still it was very annoying
by taking out the brains of many of those present here, it was found out what was needed in addition to the throttle itself and the damper and all sorts of channels, it is also necessary to clean the XX valve, which is located between the throttle and the IAC,
corollaz suggested by throwing me a link from the selica forum how everything is done there =)
www.celica-club.ru/board/index.php?showtopic=14375 in general
today, though pouring rain and cold for the second day, the throttle was disassembled again, everything is clean there =) and the valve XX has already been removed
Here is a big hitch for those who want to do this - the mechanism with the valve rests on 3 bolts with a slot for a Phillips screwdriver, the ATTENTION bolts are very soft but very tightly twisted, so while I was unscrewing the bolt slots a little, so stock up on good ones right away screwdrivers, and not nozzles like me (deer =))
and you can find bolts just in case so that if suddenly something doesn’t run somewhere =)
ahem, I took it off in general and it was relatively clean there, but still I tried to clean everything there as much as possible, not removing the IAC itself, which, when removed, in theory, how then it is necessary to calibrate, so I didn’t take risks =)
In general, I assembled it, started it, the revolutions kept 1900-2000, then I went for a ride, returned to the garage, the revs were a little high, I turned it off and started again and everything was fine, although when you press and release the gas at 1200 rpm, they slow down, something clicks under the hood like a relay, mb it's IAC, and then they fall further where t to 900, I think tomorrow the speed will be even lower =)
well, a couple of ph how the salon with a maf from 3zz looks now =) the combination of red turned out very well =)
added after 20 minutes =)
I forgot the most important thing, I have autorun, which doesn’t want to be friends with me =)
I thought it was due to the fact that I threw off the terminal during the first cleaning of the throttle and knocked down some function settings =) although the whitefish is so say autosave =)
canopy after cleaning the valve, autostart rustled, no connection, but I liked how it happens =) I recommend =)

why the hell did you change the icon, now you can’t be distinguished until you read it :(
belt buzzer
If you are tired of the fact that every time you forget to fasten your seat belt, the car starts beeping nervously, then I will tell you how to solve this problem without mechanical interventions.
1. Insert the key into the ignition, turn the ignition on, press the "odometer-daily meter" change button until the total mileage appears. If it
's already gone, click again anyway.
2. Turn off the ignition
3. Turn on the ignition again and hold the "odometer-daily counter" switch button for 30-40 seconds, then without releasing the button, insert the seat belt into the lock from the side on which you are sitting.
4. Appears on the odometer display "bp - on", press again, "bp-off" appears
5. Turn off the ignition. Ready.
I don’t get anything, I do as it is written! Do you need to turn the ignition to the ON position or start it ?! And bp-on appears while you hold it or when you release it after 30-40 seconds?!

well, I can’t ride a thousand with this =) especially since I didn’t clean the valve, I cleaned it today and now I’m calm and I can safely wait for my thousand =)
by the way Yash, remember about the Toyota codes? Well, about pressing the turn key, etc., is there a way to turn off the belt buzzer? and then I threw off the terminal and he beeps now =)))
here is not patient, but ...
ride with 1000 km and the mustache will return to normal
corollaz
my truth))) about the valve)))) by the
way, did you clean the flow meter? Well, which one is in the box with the filter?
not in vain I was looking for a link))))) I think it’s necessary to throw off this terminal there, training to make a car, well, there’s even a brake or something is clamped ... well, on Subars, I know for sure that you just throw off the terminal and then it all starts up the second time and the training itself does on tayota like a friend)
although I have never done it myself
no, I didn’t clean it, a dangerous thing =)))
training?
why do I think Toyota is not smarter and also learns itself =)
aka-mazai
the flow meter must not be touched! The thing is fragile ... then it will fall on babos
I immediately said that everything will be back to normal after some time, you can knock it down and then you won’t set it up yourself
