rear headlights - Toyota Mark X, 2.5 liter, 2005
The first thing that I remade in my black-haired handsome — the light dimensions of the taillights. Previously, only a small circle shone in the center of the headlight, which in my opinion was not enough for such a priest. In general, I put the headlight in the oven (it was scary), gradually heated it up and took it apart
it turned out very well that a reflector, as I call it, is attached to the taillight reflector, and just between it and the reflector it stands like a native diode tape, which costs 300 rubles for us.
after installing the diodes, we assemble the headlight. That's actually all.
Photos of the disassembled headlight were taken on the phone, so I apologize in advance for their quality.
Great! It worked out great! Someone has already done similar things on the form, but there the diodes were small and looked wrong, but you are right on point!
I don’t remember exactly at what temperature, gradually up to 200, they periodically took out and arrived to disconnect the glass from the headlight, but it’s better to use a building hair dryer much more efficiently and safely)
Be stunned, like a native! Super!
about the number of rear lamps is generally strange. At least before, the Yaps had almost the whole ass in the fires - crowns, mark-like, all sorts of mini-wars, but take altezzu-4 kruglyash. Not 2 like on a Lexus.
Thanks! This is my second day with them. Most likely I will leave them alone, I don’t want to buy new glasses later.
yes, we also then steamed them to disassemble. it's really not on the sealant, but on the glue. one figured out normally, and the second was eventually ruined (the glass melted). heated in the oven. I had to order a second one and cut the back plastic. Therefore, if it's not too late, it's better not to disassemble.
or if you really want to zatyunit immediately cut the back.
Greetings! I know this is a long post, but I want to ask. How and with what did you disassemble those damn headlights? I also decided to make an audit of all the headlights for myself, I dismantled the front ones in 20 minutes, but the rear ones did not work out. I’m already warming it with a building hair dryer, the plastic starts to melt, but I can’t open the glass a bit😡. As if there is not a sealant, but an adhesive.
