I decided to repair them.
Bought a used stock rack. I thought I would put the propellers for the time of repair - it would be better if I didn’t put them, because I got an uncontrollable jeep, and it became obviously noisier in the cabin.

Here's what came out of it in the end.
They became donors for my screws.
I dismantled the stock rack and screw, it turned out that their insides are the same. With the exception of the length of the rods and internal cylinders, and on the Cusco piston, the spring under the nut is more serious. And they were tough
because of the thick bodyagi, an incomprehensible red color, filled into them. In the photo on the left is a stock offal, on the right is a Cusco offal.

I washed everything, filled each with 200 ml of Shell hydraulic oil, collected it. Here's what happened.

In order to compensate for the increased length of the shock absorbers and the shorter length of the threaded part of the rod, I shortened the bushings that stand under the ball bearings from 25 mm to 7 mm. I assembled everything, as a result, the rack became 3 cm longer. The working stroke was 2 cm less. I put it on the car. With a loaded rack, the compression stroke is about 7 cm. Rebound too. Made the car a little higher for the winter.
Bottom line: I got a fairly stiff suspension with the stability of a diesel locomotive. Tram tracks no longer have to crawl. The spine does not tend to cowards. And for the summer I will fill the engine oil with 0-W30.

Do you have them without any adjustments? I look the same, but there are 4 stiffness positions on the stem, though they are still alive

Without adjustments. Nothing is welded anywhere on the hulls. There are no marks on the bottom or side.

I doubt. you can see everything in the photo. stainless steel cases. there are no traces of the work of a drunken turner. see 3rd photo
