Why was the mounting foam taken and mixed with water. (So it becomes very dense)
And so that it does not stick to the floor, but only to the structure itself, the floor is covered with a film.
It is necessary to quickly, quickly, within 3 minutes, apply the resulting mass to the floor and put the structure itself on top
and always under the load. In my case, 90kg. turned out not enough =)
After a day, we take out our floor and cut off the excess foam
Now the base of the structure repeats all the irregularities of the trunk floor and fits snugly against it.
In the meantime, painted the floor of the trunk
and put a soft "Shumkov" at the point of contact of the wheel disk with the floor.
While the floor is dry. Fitted everything with Carpet.
And put everything back in place after the floor dried

The black circle is covered with leatherette and performs two functions: it hides the inevitable seams on the carpet and does not allow the carpet to get dirty from a dirty wheel and can be easily wiped with a cloth =)

Eyelets in the floor for securing the load are retracted flush
, and so as not to "scratch" them from there, I sewed such straps to them
it’s a pity they are not red, as soon as I find red ones I’ll change it right away =)

I have had it for a long time and it was made on the basis of the "Mercedes" with 221 bodies, I carefully installed it in the right niche. =)
He made a shelf on top

The drawer has a secret hatch.

Behind the box itself, the space is also used to the maximum.
On the right, a liter canister of oil fits easily and there is still a little space left.
On the left of the box, of course, the canister will not fit, but the aerosol with the "Vedashka" is easy =)
Under the box itself there is also a niche with all sorts of rubbish =)
By the way, this box itself is easily removable and, if necessary, can be easily removed from its place.
Just yesterday, the idea was born to somehow fix the brush for cleaning the snow, and today this idea has come to life
The brush rests on the straps, and they themselves interlock with Velcro

I also plan to deal with the trunk lighting and I want to make a hatch in the armrest of the rear seat for "long cars" and put cup holders into this hatch =)

I like the acoustics too, thoughts about the subwoofer still don’t leave me (the problem of financing is very strong, I haven’t paid for this one yet), “Morelkas†although they give bass, but still not the same, it will be the most with the sub then, the sound on the speakers can be made cleaner.
There are already estimates on how to arrange it, because it is not so easy to organize it in a sedan, it makes no sense for it to stupidly buzz itself in the trunk.

I also had something similar in my head, only I wanted to put ceiling lamps from the Gazelle =)
But while thinking, I have settled on green diodes (they light up acceptable), despite the fact that blue ones were already bought for that blue neon that is already in the trunk. I will shoot the blue light. It turns out too colorful.
And the green one suits the tidy well =)

Do not try to squeeze out all the foam from the balloon, you still won’t be able to do it in time, better in parts. But I repeat, everything needs to be done very quickly!
