Engine overhaul or 27 days before RACES (part 5) — logbook Toyota Corolla 1987

Well, time is already very short, and the damn box doesn’t want to get on the engine in any way ... they killed the whole Thursday evening (09/16/2010) + to everything, I got sick and worked until the victorious 3:00 with a temperature of under 38. BUT WE DID NOT DRESS . Yes, I forgot to add that they were engaged in cars only after work, i.e. from 19:00 to ... as we can. The next day I didn’t go to work… but went to the garage :) again with a temperature… and after half an hour of work and not much refinement with a file, we dressed the box… happiness knew no bounds :) Like a stone from the shoulders. Then we quickly put the motor through the "bottom" back into the soot, I cling to the wiring and crawl home with an even higher temperature. I leave all further assembly on my faithful FRIENDS. That is why there are no more assembly photos :) They, in turn, finish the assembly by 5 am and start the engine ... at idle it runs until 9 am. They call me and say get your ass to the garage, GO to the races, which I didn’t really expect! I forget about something more, like a bullet I pack up and run to the garage, finish the last checks and go! In an attempt to fill the car with 98 gasoline, we traveled 5 gas stations :)
