Cold start - Toyota Corona, 2.0L, 1993
I am racking my head over the problem.
When the factory is cold, the car starts up and gradually stalls.
I have already gone through almost everything, even replaced, as it turned out, the oxygen sensor, nothing helps.
A trifle, but does not allow to live in peace.
You get into a cold car and start to warm up, without releasing the gas pedal, until it warms up to 40 degrees to turn it on the gas.
As it warms up to normal, and on gasoline idle is normal.
In the conditions of the MFC, even 600 rubles. I don’t want to give up for diagnostics, and the last time I stopped by, only an oxygen sensor was found.
Mileage: 238,000 kmI do not even know what to advise, I have never encountered such a problem (tfu three times)!
And I wish you not to collide, because damn it got sick all winter, due to the fact that the car went deaf ...
Of course, summer is ahead, but one fig wants the car to start and work, and not deaf.
How nice it started from the signaling Conder cools in 10 minutes, you sit down in a cool car and go for fun.
Is it on the street? try it in a warm place (in a parking lot in a royal park, for example) if it is normal in the warmth it means that even freezes (water somewhere and the fuel filter does not interfere with changing) does not help it means that the air is sucking somewhere with gas equipment problems, success! =)
Stands on the street. The outside temperature does not affect the moment the engine is stopped.
HBO, access to oxygen and, in general, starting the engine has nothing to do (in the 2-3 generation). Because an electric solenoid valve (normally closed) cuts off gas access to the LBD until it is turned on with a button.
I kind of checked all the pipes.
It is also necessary to check whether the mixture is lean, or, on the contrary, over-enriched, then it will be seen that the air is sucking or flooding. How to do it?
At the diagnostics, they said that it was flooding, but then the CD was not working properly, so the computer made a universal mixture.
What is not clear now.
Thanks!
Well, there is clearly something with the injector, did you try to clean it?
It's like on a carburetor car - the mixture is very poor for an unheated engine. If you simply turn on the "suction" with the carburetor, then in the injection engine the machine must enrich the mixture itself. Maybe cleaning will help ...
And there are no more "symptoms"?
The boy on Karina's smile has the same disease, we can't understand anything either. Specialists said the oxygen sensor ... and his rpm is 500-700 cold, although normally they should be 1100-1300 in the cold.
Last Friday we cleaned BZD and KXX.
We got to the bimetallic spring, which, depending on the heating with antifreeze, blocks the XX channel.
It is installed at a certain angle, changing the angle, the car began to warm up.
But, today it is -15 on the street, warming up again somewhere gone ... 1000-1100 stands rooted to the spot. Moreover, they did not appear 1000-1100 immediately, but after the plant they gradually grew from 500 to 1000.
I don't even know what to think anymore ...
