Oil separator Cusco - Toyota Celica, 2002
took its place of honor under the hood maslopomoechka from Cusco. Since I didn’t get it in a complete set, I had to invent a mount and look for hoses, but fortunately my relatives came up.
We need to buy new hoses and change ... for now, so be it ...
And of course, ☆☆☆☆☆ to the fund are welcome, dear friends =)

Any slag such as oil and condensate flies from the ventilation of the crankcase gases, which in turn are sucked out from there by the vacuum in the intake. When pressurized, there is no vacuum in the throttle valve, where the hose is connected in the standard design (i.e. without pressurization). The vacuum is present before the supercharger and, accordingly, up to the DMRV, the ingress of all this slag into which is more than bad. The oil separator, in its turn, does not allow the DMRV to become contaminated, which, at best, will incorrectly count the air, and at worst, fail completely ...
Thank you)

yes, and it will turn out just to be smart with the exhaust :-)
I have a Jetta (a European in principle) I want to stir up such a topic here ...
there ... and in euromotors and eponomotras it won’t work ... the manufacturer is chtol wrong;) XD
dude, you are right!
we'll take it there!
and the suction is clean and there is a vacuum in the crankcase!
that's right, thanks ... only if you leave it under the hood, this is all under the hood in g * outside and the corresponding smell in the cabin. won't go =)
crankcase ventilation hose (the one that goes from the breather to the air intake)
on the carburetor to the air filter housing, in the injectors in the main to the air duct in front of the throttle valve ... a useful thing ...
a collective farm alternative is a breather to the street :-)
not quite asilil, between what and what they put it, that is, which hose should be cut to insert the oil sump?
No, almost all machines have free access, welding, any material ... only time will need to be spent ...
I don’t have a schematic at hand ... yes, everything is quite banal there ... they googled the oil separator with their own hands, for example. do not you think that handmade is more expensive at the output? =)
Cool thing, you don’t have a diagram of how it is used from the inside, I want to make one for myself.
It’s also lying around, I’m thinking whether to put it on or not ... When I was sorting through the engine, there was a lot of oil in the intake manifold, so I think it might not be superfluous.
a useful thing will be looked for. but it is cleared and can be used again like this?
I have long wanted to put myself! Can you tell me where you can buy it in Ukraine, I didn’t find it on the Internet!
MrTritte
so googled!)))) there is nothing! maybe my google is wrong!
look on ebay.com. There's a bunch of them

look in Russia, maybe the seller will agree to send you ...
in theory, yes ... how much does it already cost you? Well, your level hose is oily.
I have exactly the same one, and my hoses that are attached to the oil separator are clean, should they be in oil? it is so? s2.images.drive2.ru/car.p...8cd8c1c80e504ef-large.jpg
I have it for 2 months, it is used, so the level hose is oily. I now drive quietly and do not give high speed!
Listen, what if you just put such a small filter on the breather?) Or can oil puff out of it when boosted? I had a fine filter on a conventional motor, everything was ok. There are no catchers. And now it’s standing with a hose along the inlet, so I think that a trap is better or just a fine filter)?
you know, I didn’t look at what was inside it, but in theory it shouldn’t be empty ...
