Adjusted headlights — logbook Toyota Mark II 1994

When I changed the rear struts with springs, the master said that the headlights shine "into the sky" and they need to be adjusted.
I agreed with him, because. he himself experienced discomfort in the dark, they almost did not illuminate the road.
Finally got to the problem.
Signed up for the service station, arrived, everything was done in 10 minutes. BUT …
Having new optics and ignition units under the hood, now I wanted to install the bi-xenon bulbs back.
(were previously replaced by halogen due to the new technical regulations)
Let's wait a little more. From 11/20/2010 you will have to travel around the clock with your neighbor. It is not yet clear what the traffic police will react to xenon, so I will not risk it.
