Music - Toyota Corolla, 1.6 liter, 2006
Some time after the purchase (after 1 minute), I sharply did not like how the "native" music played.
It was decided to slightly correct this annoying misunderstanding. There was no fanaticism. Definitely it was necessary to add the bottom ... and as a result of the top and middle). I decided to leave the standard "head", and generally did not want to particularly change the interior. Therefore, I stopped at this option. In the trunk of a sub (and what else is the trunk for?), In the front doors of the new "speakers". The Terra package included four speakers, one in each door.
Now in the front two-piece DLS Ultimate
In the trunk of an inexpensive but very capable sub Helix Xmax
And actually 2 amplifiers, attached to the wall of the rear seat backs
adjustable from the passenger compartment
In general, I really liked the picture.
But the standard "head" still needs to be changed.
couple in this story no ratings are put: (on the main page I will make :) 5 :) 5 :) 5 :)
aa devil: (the internet is buggy, no grades are given, I will be with the internet norms, I will definitely look again :)
The native head is not very good, I heard that people change their heads, and the speakers leave their relatives and are satisfied with the sound :) To change the head without damaging the interior, frames will help, under 1din with a shelf there is even, it looks quite nice :) It's a pity that the on-board computer will not work with a native head. By the way, the Corolla has a rather high slot for a radio tape recorder, in my opinion there is a telly :)
The telly may be asking, but I don't want to take off my head for now. The buttons are large, the on-board computer again. Yes, and she plays normally, I'm not going to participate in car audio competitions)) I saw the 1din frame in action - neatly, of course, but I didn't like it. If we really change, then in fact - just a TV set.
And how did you solder the line outputs? Very interesting. I, too, will have this on Kors.
If you listen to discs (original, not downloaded from the Internet in mp3), then it's very wonderful! I do not pretend to anything, but while listening to one "song" at a certain volume (high :-)) the rear right glass spontaneously gradually lowered ...) (everything worked fine - checked) I was very surprised - it seems like a sub is not a super sub! ) But nevertheless, I reconfigured a little of the amp, because I put all this not in order to freak out, but so that the "bottoms" were. In general, everything plays fine, I was tortured to glue the rear license plate and I want to glue the trunk lid - sometimes something plays along with the music)
I do not know what this material is called, with which I last glued it. It looks like a thick foam rubber about a centimeter thick. It is glued between the frame and the body. And there is something else between the number and the frame. It still rattles if you make it louder (
But I will deal with this issue as soon as the time is ...
Do not regret the frame, glue it with Bitoplast and you will forget about this rattling :) My friend and I glued the trunk of the last Corolla (with vibra and Bitoplast), the result is awesome, now I want to open and close the trunk :)
Yes, yes, this is most likely Bitoplast :) So this is not a frame rattling, but something in the trunk lid itself ... In general, go for it! :)
I've also thought to put a sub and change the standard head, something starts to blunt :(
One, in my opinion, SPL, the second I don't remember which one, and the characteristics have already been forgotten too, three years have already passed. ... ... ) I probably won't change my head - I'm used to it)
What are the amplifiers?
100% change my native head ... proven in life. Will play much better.
Everything is in the service. Both amplifiers were connected from the rear speakers. They did not climb into the head.
The fact of the matter is that there is nothing on the head under the amplifier. For good, you need to open and re-solder. This option did not suit me. I planned that if I didn't like the sound, I would change my head. And I liked the sound, left it as it is. Regarding the adapter from the rear speakers: in my opinion, no adapters were installed, maybe some kind of filter - I don't remember, 3 years have already passed - it seems there is nothing there, the filter, in theory, is in the amplifier.
