The ticket price includes 600 r - booking them.

The time of departure and arrival has already shifted by a day, the transfer process continues. You will have to refuse the flight, because. even if we fly away, it is not a fact that we can fly.
The company has only PAID customer service - call 40 rubles / min. Naturally, you only talk to the answering machine.
A refund is formally possible, but judging by the reviews, it is unlikely. Tomorrow we will try to complete the first part of this quest - to put a seal at the airport of departure - Sheremetyevo.
