A little about Carbon 3D — logbook Toyota Avensis 2009
In the external style of his car, he decided to use black, white, gray colors with the addition of carbon fiber elements.
The body parts that I would like to see in carbon are the hood, roof, side mirrors and spoiler. But then a number of problems appeared:
1. There are no carbon body parts for my car, and they are unlikely to appear, because. the car is not popular.
2. If some details had appeared, then there would definitely not have been a roof.
3. If they had appeared, the price tag would have been HORSE! Which is not acceptable in my case.
That's why I decided to paste over the above-mentioned body elements with a 3D carbon film from 3M. It turned out not bad, many people think that this is actually carbon fiber, outwardly it looks like a real one in texture.
Here are some before and after photos. Just a photo of the roof rails in white matte color.
PS One plus: when the time comes, the film can be removed.
Issue price: 14 000 ₽My opinion is nothing to stir up, this vinyl is already leaving, and in general your car looks good anyway and you don’t need to make it for sports ... this is purely my opinion
White wheels on a black background of the car - SUPER, but I would not do white roof rails (purely my opinion)
Thank you for your opinion, perhaps I will take it into account when revising the concept of the appearance of the car.
The hood and roof look good in carbon fiber =)
Maybe you will try to decorate the interior somehow?
I myself made interior elements with carbon fiber and it’s nice ... firstly for myself! =)
Salam, you can have more pictures of a mirror glued with carbon, I myself wanted to do it, I’m interested in how others did it, but everything is right with you
