First MOT 10000. MAJOR AUTO. - Toyota Corolla, 1.6L, 2008

Initially, when planning to buy a car, many official dealers were considered (that is, where there is a car available there and will be bought), but I gave preference to Major Auto.

And regardless of which dealer I would have bought the car from, I was going to be serviced exclusively in the Major. Since I am familiar with the policy of this company in relation to the client.

I think there are motorists who used the services of this dealer and were satisfied, and there are those who were unhappy for some reason.

As far as I know, there are two types of dissatisfied clients, the first dissatisfied clients are those who are always dissatisfied with everything in life. That is, when it rains, they are unhappy, because it is very wet, "The sun is shining and the grass grows, but you do not need it, everything is not that way ..." when you are a hypochondriac ...))).

And there are objectively dissatisfied customers, let's be realistic, because sooner or later any dealer has force majeure situations with customers' cars. And from how the official relates to the solution of the situation that has developed through his fault as well as the attitude towards the client in principle, and is personally a priority for me when choosing a technical center.

Personally, I do not consider the end of the world a situation when, for example, in a technical center: your car is lapped with the car of another client. Since this does not yet say that only because of this incident, this official is bad.

The most important and determining factor is how the dealer reacts to this misunderstanding. There are also two options here, since each dealer acts differently in the same situation. Some may resist and not admit that they have ground the car.

And others, on the contrary, will look for options in order to correct the misunderstanding that happened with the client's car as soon as possible. And here, as it happens, the dealer messed up and they start pouring slops on him, without even listening to his apology and at the same time, not knowing what position he will take.

If you read my blog, you probably noticed that I do not categorically take only one side of someone, I consider any situation from all sides. That is, I try to be as objective as possible. What am I doing? After all, there are also cunning customers who, having rubbed their car wherever they are, try to repair it with the help of cunning at the expense of an official, and this happens, and this is not uncommon.

I wrote about clients and officials, now I will write a little about THAT. In fact, MOT took place on February 26, but I decided to write just now, because I think that there is nothing interesting in changing the oil and filters, in principle, this is the way it is, therefore I added a short story about the dealer ... then
as you already, probably , you guessed, I went to Major Auto, Sokolniki. That is, in the same place where I bought Yaposhka. In time, the maintenance took three hours, which the master inspector warned in advance. I also learned that the most expensive MOT will cost 25,000 rubles. That's all THAT, nothing interesting ...

By the way, what I like about Major Auto is that they have been trying to reach the European level of customer service for a long time and, in principle, they succeed. Long ago they would have become the undisputed leaders, if not for a small, but, namely, a wasteful attitude to their staff ...

I would recommend many officials to learn how to treat clients (but not employees) from the Major ...

Next time I will write about the disputes that go around the consumption of gasoline on the Corolla. What is the actual consumption of Corolla, 8 or 10l / 100km ... Why some have a consumption of 8, while others have 10 liters ... And who is right in this dispute ... As always, everything is simple to the point of banality.

Well, I did MOT at an authorized dealer. I don't know why, but in Russia, THAT should be done once every 10,000, for example, in Ukraine, once every 15,000 thousand.
