The long-awaited, BOMEX bumper - Toyota Corolla Levin, 1.6 liter, 1998

I ordered a bumper in the Studio "L28" (Ekaterinburg) (a very accurate replica of the original), while I was waiting for its manufacture, I myself went without a bumper (3 weeks), because stock Schaub sold enough money for a new one. I have gradually even got used to this look :)

And finally, I have a bumper!
Live, he immediately noticed much more interesting that the bumper has a very even geometry, which indicates an initially good matrix ... nice :)

While the bumper was still on the way, I could not stand it and went to buy a mesh for him. Bought. But alas, when he arrived, the mesh, immediately cut off 1200x280 mm, turned out to be too small ((it would only be enough for the central "drawbar", it was a pity to throw away the leftovers. And I didn’t want to buy another one for 550 rubles. I had to make a return and take it by footage , but of worse quality and not painted.Then
I remembered my childhood on the collective farm:)

Of course, there were no metal scissors at home and I cut with simple ones))

A few days later, while picking up paint, I went to try on. Not even painted, it has already caused me delight! this is exactly what I expected ^_^

The paint was picked up quickly, but the service, where they were supposed to paint and install, took a little time :( either a lot of work, or something else.
In general, I had to wait another week and ... it already flaunts in front.

I am very pleased with the result, all my nervous expectations were justified!
Here, of course, one cannot do without gratitude to the studio "L28", in particular to Bronx himself (aka Akim), the person who personally carved this miracle for me and all the guys who took part in its installation.

What it got into:

The replica itself is 12.000r + 150r (delivery via "express - auto") + 500r (selection of paint 300g. - freebie))) + pop mesh 350r + 2000r (painting, fitting and installation with friends) = 15,000r

PS2: I painted the mesh in vain - a couple of sinks with "Kercher" and no paint) Soon I will completely change it to a more "boyish" one))

The joy of the bumper was not long, 2 days after installation it cracked ((- I stopped for cigarettes in my pocket, a fucking taxi driver was standing in front on a fucking Nexia. And as soon as I turned off the engine and got out of the car, the Nexia rolled back and hit me "in muzzle "((
I almost killed the poor man! Fortunately, the "wounds" were trifling, but everything was exactly annoying, I had to ride for a couple more days without a bumper while it was brought back to its original state ... I'm lucky for such fools who ride back)
