The cylinder head gasket burned out in the region of the 6th cylinder. I took off the head for curvature, the picture was 2nd dozens of sanding, zinkovka saddles, grinding the valves and replacing the valve stem seals of the original. Along the way, I discovered that the chain tension gear was licked, I started looking for found 50S and wait 2-3 weeks from the imirats was upset I came to the automatic cloud, I think I’ll take a look, I took a chain with me and ran into a Moskvich gear, measured the step and was surprised to fit, with a licked old one, pressed out the original bushing on the coordinate system, squandered the Moskvich gear under tension, heated the gear and planted the bushing, the issue price was 90 hryvnia. Due to the smaller diameter of the Moskvich gears added a steel nozzle with an interference fit on the plunger of the chain tensioner itself, which is screwed into the head.the fuel pump from Volga 3110 and the car became an airplane. I replaced the shaft seal in the photo for 25 hryvnias, of course, not NOK, but also Japanese friends found in the auto shop, they say that they didn’t know what car it was from, and therefore the price is like that.
