Replacing the backlight in the sun visors — logbook Toyota Corolla 2008

I replaced the backlight in the visors with LED matrices with 12 diodes (6x2). The light color is bright white. They come with a bunch of adapters for different sockets and double-sided tape.

It was like this:
1. We take out the lights with a flat screwdriver. We squeeze them from the upholstery, hold them with our hands and help them with a screwdriver, and the lantern is in your hands. Disconnect the light bulb with the cartridge from the latches.
2. We go home. We remove the diffuser.
3. Remove the protrusion inside the lantern, as it interferes with the installation of diodes (I used a clerical knife)

will look something like this:

4. We put the matrix inside, placing it approximately in the middle.

5. Put the diffuser in place.

6. We attach the desired adapter (in our case, for baseless light bulbs)

7. We go into the car, put it on and enjoy the bright white light.

PS Perhaps when installing a 3x3 matrix, you will not need to remove the diffuser and cut off that ledge.
PSS These matrices have migrated to the middle ceiling of the local illumination, but here I’ll probably put 3x3, because these well, they shine very brightly :)
Dimensions of such matrices (mm), number of diodes and location:
27x27 - 09LED - 3x3
60x20 - 12LED - 2x6
50x25 - 15LED - 3x5
35x35 - 16LED - 4x4
50x35 - 20LED -
5x4 65x35 - 24LED - 6x4

And finally, my dirty :D

no, I didn’t change it ... I myself don’t know how it’s removed, it’s like somewhere on the site I read from the glass above something to pry this entire compartment, but I’m somehow afraid)) if you find out, be kind, write how.

And next to the eyeglass case did not change the lamps to LEDs? If yes, please tell me how you filmed it.

Can you tell me if these LEDs are sealed? Do you think they will pull them on the street? I'm just thinking of prifigachit such to illuminate the room!

I think not, there is an ordinary board, everything is soldered to it, and a double-sided adhesive tape is stuck on the reverse side. moisture can get in easily.
