It's time to change! What are your options? — Toyota Corolla, 1.6 liter, 2006
It's time to change cars. I'm currently considering these options. Your DRIVovskoe opinion is very important, who has any experience, or maybe someone heard something useful?
Cars are located in the order of my interest in them, in descending order.
1. SKODA-OCTAVIA 1.8 TSI ELEGANCE + extras.
2. OPEL-ASTRA 1.4 TURBO at maximum
3. TOYOTA-AVENSIS 1.8 Comfort +
4. KIA-SPORTAGE 2.0MT CLASSIC
5. SKODA-YETI 1.2 TSI with dopa, front-wheel drive.
6.MAZDA-6 1.8 Touring+
7. SAAB 9-3 2.0MT Linear
8. MITSUBISHI-ASX 1.6 INTENSE
I look forward to your comments and advice. I welcome any of your options.
Thanks to all!
Haven't taken it for a test drive yet. I think as I ride all, I will make a decision.
I like the new aster very much)) I quietly dream about it) the ratio of price, quality, options, etc. she has the best...
Superb and Teana are over budget.
Well, these cars are not much cheaper than Skoda and Nissan
In general, it would be worth a ride for a test drive on all the machines that you are considering. But I would not take a front-wheel drive SUV. On a test drive, riding an Octavia, she did not impress me. Look where there are more options for about the same price. A familiar Mazda 6 has a rather good little car in a good configuration. I would consider TOYOTA-AVENSIS, KIA-SPORTAGE, MAZDA-6 + I would also look at the Citroen C5, the new Hyundai Sonata, Skoda Superb, and my favorite nissan teana) a new Kamryukha will probably come out soon. Recently stumbled upon a new Jet, very personal, but prices are not yet available.

I am also thinking about Avensis)) the day before yesterday I puzzled my service provider with questions of reliability and quality of this machine! reviews are only positive! in our harsh winter, everything started and drove without problems, nothing creaked or fell off. for 999,999 rubles with leather (949 with fur and leather) is a great option. rides quite normal for the city. the only thing he advised was to change the oil in the variator every 20 thousand so that the return from it was always like new.
Skoda is also an interesting option, the same as the Tiguan, current in a different body. brother travels for 3 weeks until everything is normal, but he has a service one.
Tested on the variator, not really liked Shumka, and completely naked in the database.

The option is good, but the hunt is new. Most of all doubts between Skoda and Opel.
I would choose between Octavia and Astra. Turbo — taxis))
But seriously, there are two essentially incompatible things in Octavia. This is a great speaker and orgomny trunk. That is, at the same time you get a lighter and a family car.
Okta FL 1.4TSI Elegance 2009 is now being sold in Oren forum.skoda-club.ru/viewt…&t=67880&start=0#p1130195
A very good option, IMHO.
Come in, ask questions, oren.skoda-club.ru
p/s/ when choosing a car, you should pay attention to the cost of maintenance and insurance!
I'll help you))
do you need a car for yourself or to carry your family and sometimes a card?
if you need a trunk, then Skoda.
in mine I loaded a baby stroller + a baby bath + a bunch of junk or 4 pairs of skis + boots + provisions or a children's ATV is not_small (see photos on my page).
and our dealer we are friends. there are discounts and other gingerbread))
and Opel seems to me a car for an egoist, especially a three-door. this is my subjective opinion. there is nothing wrong with this, on the contrary, there is a certain zest of its own.
Good luck with your choice!
As the owner of a car that comes first in your choice and your budget, the Skoda 1.8 DSG is your car. I have been operating such a machine for almost 5 months, the first MOT was 15000 (the issue price is 6000 rubles from the officials). I will not describe the advantages of the car, they are obvious and apparently you know about them. Just every day you rejoice that you own such a machine. I will not "blame" other cars from the list (KIA-SPORTAGE looks good), but find for 850,000 a car with dynamics like a Skodka, with a turbine, 7-speed DSG box, low consumption and a huge trunk. Good luck in choosing, if you have questions about the typewriter, write to tell.
He’s not so crazy if you drive like this www.drive2.ru/cars/skoda/…/288230376151855821/#post will stop eating at all)
Even if it doesn’t help, I think 152 horses will justify themselves FULLY with their locomotive traction, and this for 1 ,6T astra and on v6 you won't feel it!
1.4tsi from the bottom is rather weak (
With pleasure, but it scares away a lot of reviews about the frenzied fat oil of this engine.
oks2004
How do you like 1.4? They say he has problems with heating.
take 1.8 - a time-tested engine, the difference in money is small)
I ride an aster, I am very pleased, I would advise as well.
not a very big car for the city, it feels confident on the highway, 1.4 turbo is enough in the city and I break off on the highway.
Skoda is still for summer residents, jeeps are all for those who probably don’t have enough of their size, and Mazda is good, but it will be expensive and loud.
As for the trunk in the Skoda and Opel, they wrote the truth early, the Skoda is immense, but if you look for a place for cargo, that is, there are gazelles and minibuses))))
I ride an aster for a couple of months, 1.4 turbo, I don’t strain absolutely, and sometimes I have to load heavily.
teana, also an option sooooo worthy now it is from 890 (in the standard everything you need is already there + the legendary V6 engine)
I agree ... I constantly argue with my Brother ...) ... he has an X-Trail ... although when my father chose a car, I advised him to X-Trail ... but I myself don’t like SUVs ... my wife also liked it more on the Crossover ... sometimes I think, especially in winter ... but maybe a crossover?
I'm glad you've reached an understanding. In any case, when choosing, ALL the pros and cons were weighed. I hope I've made the right choice. But how many people, so many opinions. That is why we ask each other questions.
in this case, no ... but if you add off-road advantages, then the price immediately rises ... naturally, at this price, a sedan can be stuffed with all sorts of options ... I usually judge by my own example ... I have the same price in the latest configuration of the Passat, for the same price I bought almost in full configuration X-Trail (2.0) and again for the same price Tiguan ... I have everything in the Passat, real aluminum, wood, good leather, bi-xenon adaptive headlights, all auto-dimming mirrors, heated windshield, electric drive seats, dual-zone climate…etc. and so on and the list is endless… X-Trail doesn’t have this, but it has, .all-wheel drive, it’s a little bigger, there are locks, headlights on the roof, … in Tiguan, even there are no headlights on the roof…
If you take specifically Qashqai with front-wheel drive, then explain why it will be more expensive in production than the same Mazda 3 or Toyota Auris. From the fact that under the fifth point there is 3 centimeters more distance to the road, they say this car will cost 200-300 thousand more at a cost, dimensions, weight and equipment are very similar.
give an argument… how can you make a CROSSOVER equipped with a SEDAN for a million? you have to dig deeper... I was a leader in the field of metallurgy, and was closely connected with automakers... an SUV is more expensive to produce than a sedan... which means that the manufacturer needs to save money... usually it's on interior trim, the quality of materials... not to the detriment of the quality of the car itself... so when YOU choose a car - you probably watched TEANA ... and if we draw a parallel between TEANA and X-Trawl (of the same price category), then we see completely different cars ... if you make an X-Trail with a TEANA interior, then it would cost 200 thousand -300 more expensive...i.e. would have turned out - MURANO! ..
I do not quite agree, and my last acquisition speaks about this. Check out the garage, leave your opinion. And I perfectly understand you, as the owner of a purebred German sedan.
…task:…imagine that you are a car manufacturer…you need to make a car for 1 million rubles…sedan and hatchback…1. If it’s a sedan, then you can buy (or develop) good technologies, use expensive finishing materials, install many options, you won’t regret safety ... 2. We make a Crossover: ... a car is bigger, it means more metal, + rear-wheel drive costs money, locks, + off-road gadgets ... STOP. and there is little money left ... therefore, finishing materials are cheaper, fewer options, ... well, whatever one may say, it won’t work for 1 million A crossover is better than a sedan...that's the answer...
