How it all began - 2 - logbook Toyota Soarer 1986

Time passed, bugs were caught in the car, the wiring got rid of unnecessary snot and twists.

The cylinder head gasket was replaced, a radiator was installed, and much more. The engine seems to work...

    2 Toyota Soarer 40 1986

Salon was more or less assembled

    2 Toyota Soarer 40 1986

Didn't care much about the outside

    2 Toyota Soarer 40 1986

By car, when I took it, there was a hodgepodge of front discs from the mark, and the rear ones - in general, understand what the hell with what kind of offset.

Yes, in the beginning, all of us cars looked like they were from a landfill ... but the master’s business is afraid)))

Impressed. This is what zeal and desire one must have in order to take and restore like this. :)

Nothing is connected, nothing turns on yet. Now I am engaged in the fact that I am redoing the climate control that I took from you. As I bring it into working condition, I will think about the buttons.

I was looking for the steering wheel in the buttons and did not find it. Are they connected to something right now? What buttons are turned on?

Max, there is enough of everything ... I don’t see the point of inserting something that was special, I’ll post a project of what is planned later. but the glass, something else ... don't throw it away.

1) the sensors were checked, everything works, and in general it was like this - I bought a car on 3 air struts, the rear left one was spring-loaded, since the air strut died, but I had to go far and it was on the way, so I traveled for 3 months, pneuma it worked, but I didn’t use it, since one rack was not working, then ... the rack came to me from Vlad, I replaced the spring one, now I went on four racks. and the regime was normal often, with an interval of 10 minutes. Then the pneuma disappeared, reset the brains, it seemed to work, and disappeared again. a week later, it worked again on its own, and disappeared at the end ... I dismantled the interior, the trunk, began to look at the wiring, found a bunch of cut wires and twisted wires in the trunk, did everything wisely, but the pneuma did not come to life. so I drove all winter, manually pumped up the car through a chip in the trunk (the brain itself cannot pump, but manually please) then I got used to pumping, resetting the brains and the brain of the pneuma, after that he leveled the car, that is, he blew off each rack as it should, already in the summer I found torn wires under fender liner (in winter, when the car was lowered on the road, it apparently rubbed the fender liner) insulated everything, but the pneuma never appeared, the brain of the air suspension sees only the right rear pillar (it just goes straight not through the braid) and my friend and I powered it directly from the right chip rack, in the chip left rear wire "+", pneuma earned after resetting the brain. but the next day everything is new ... now I’m downloading from the system chip in the trunk, bypassing the brain, and so I go. but manually please) then I got used to pumping up, resetting the brains and the brain of the pneuma, after that I leveled the car myself, that is, I blew off each rack as it should, in the summer I found torn wires under the fender liner (in winter when the car was lowered on the road, apparently wiped the fender liner) insulated that's all, but the pneuma never appeared, the brain of the air suspension sees only the right rear pillar (it just goes straight not through the braid) and my friend and I powered it directly from the right pillar chip, the "+" wire into the left rear chip, the pneuma worked after brainwashing. but the next day everything is new ... now I’m downloading from the system chip in the trunk, bypassing the brain, and so I go. but manually please) then I got used to pumping up, resetting the brains and the brain of the pneuma, after that I leveled the car myself, that is, I blew off each rack as it should, in the summer I found torn wires under the fender liner (in winter when the car was lowered on the road, apparently wiped the fender liner) insulated that's all, but the pneuma never appeared, the brain of the air suspension sees only the right rear pillar (it just goes straight not through the braid) and my friend and I powered it directly from the right pillar chip, the "+" wire into the left rear chip, the pneuma worked after brainwashing. but the next day everything is new ... now I’m downloading from the system chip in the trunk, bypassing the brain, and so I go. already in the summer I discovered torn wires under the fender liner (in winter, when the car was lowered on the road, it apparently rubbed the fender liner) insulated everything, but the pneuma never appeared, the brain of the air suspension sees only the right rear pillar (it just goes straight not through the braid) and we the other was powered directly from the right rack chip, the "+" wire into the left rear chip, the pneuma worked after the brains were reset. but the next day everything is new ... now I’m downloading from the system chip in the trunk, bypassing the brain, and so I go. already in the summer I discovered torn wires under the fender liner (in winter, when the car was lowered on the road, it apparently rubbed the fender liner) insulated everything, but the pneuma never appeared, the brain of the air suspension sees only the right rear pillar (it just goes straight not through the braid) and we the other was powered directly from the right rack chip, the "+" wire into the left rear chip, the pneuma worked after the brains were reset. but the next day everything is new ... now I’m downloading from the system chip in the trunk, bypassing the brain, and so I go.

Z.S. By the way, after parsing the trunk, I saw decent water in the reserve niche, as well as the wires on the right were floating in the water, those that were torn and rotten, maybe they punished and spoiled the brain? and he is dumb about it? is the wiring normal?

just a few steps:
1) check the sensor for operability
2) check the wiring from the sensor to the pneumatic control unit
3) if everything is in order, but did not help, change the control unit.
... only item 3 is very unlikely.

It is desirable to find a primer on something similar.

I need your brains ... listen. I need advice. Here I have Celsius, the pneuma does not plow, there is no signal to the air suspension height sensors, the problem is in the wiring, but how to dig all of it? the interior is disassembled, the trunk is disassembled, there is an approach to the wiring ...
