Direct X12: min = 41 FPS (- 229.27 %), Avg = 51 FPS (- 225.49%)

As a result, the performance on the example of an Intel Core i7-5960X 3.0 GHz processor looks like this:

DirectX11: min = 82 FPS, Avg = 117 FPS

Direct X12: min = 78 FPS (- 4.88%), Avg = 87 FPS (- 25.64%)

Conclusion: the appearance of DirectX12 only reduces the performance in the game without a noticeable improvement in the quality of the picture (see below)
