NPC facial animation (Far Cry 4)

NPCs do not open their mouths during a conversation. In story clips with story characters, all the rules. And ordinary NPCs, for example, those that give tasks to rescue hostages or take revenge, talk without opening their lips during the game. Is there a solution? (Steam license.)
