We are going to release a hotfix today that addresses the issue with the disappearing followers. This time it's a proper fix so that this issue should be a thing of the past.

A follow-up hotfix that is planned for tomorrow will then try to repair the save games of anyone affected by this bug and bring back all followers. If you have lost followers, please do not start a new game just yet. Chances are very high that we will be able to bring them back in tomorrow's hotfix.

PS This hotfix is numbered 3b because hotfix 3, which was published to the experimental branch on Friday, was a workaround to mitigate the effects of the follower dissapearing bug and is now obsolete.

Today we are going to release a hotfix that fixes an issue with disappearing followers. This time it's the right decision, so that issue should be in the past.

Subsequent hotfix that is scheduled for tomorrow, will try to restore a saved game all who suffered from this error, and return all subscribers. If you have lost followers, please don't start a new game just now. Chances are very high that we will be able to bring them in tomorrow's hotfix.

PS this is the fix numbered 3b, since hotfix 3, which was published in the experimental branch on Friday, it was a roundabout way to mitigate the effects of a vanishing error as a follower and now obsolete.
