Immersive Cam v 2.0 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

installed, but I can not control the camera as in the video and there is no MODS setting in the menu.
The mod was installed exactly, the camera in the game changed a bit, but not completely, when you press HOME, the interface disappears, which means the mod is installed exactly.
I don’t understand how to change the camera.
Or is there a similar mod? I only have to change the camera when walking closer to the hero.
