Quest \ "A letter from the beloved \" [There is an answer] (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

I received a quest but then I donâ€™t know what to do - I reached the mark on the map and didnâ€™t find where to take the "Felendaris" to the tree and there are a lot of trees ... I walked around everything but didnâ€™t find anyone, who passed?

Felendaris can be found in another location (I don't remember exactly).
