Working with game files, extra slot armor. (XCOM 2)

I looked through many forums, but did not find any intelligible information on how to work with such simple INI game files.
Mods are good, but the game from them even starts to not behave well for me. Does anyone have information on what and where to edit on the item on the slots of the reservation?
