Delta Problem Solving (Tom Clancy's The Division)

I myself had a Delta problem, everyone told me something like "Don't worry" or "It will pass in 15 minutes", but I sat for 4 hours! Charles! 4! Still, after 4 hours of searching the forums, I found a solution:
Open cmd as Administrator
Type ipconfig / flushdn and press Enter.
Type ipconfig / registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig / release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig / renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Be sure to turn off your firewall and antivirus!
And voila, I got it right and I'm finally playing!
